Wild Valley Nursery – Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Information

At Wild Valley Nursery, we ship live, perishable plants with great care to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to grow.

  • Shipping Season: Orders are shipped in early spring. Typically starting in April to early May depending on weather conditions.

  • Order Timing: Orders placed outside the active shipping season will be reserved and shipped at the next appropriate time for planting in your region.

  • Shipping Method: All trees are carefully packed in moisture-retaining materials and shipped via expedited parcel service to minimize time in transit.

  • Shipping Notification: You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly.

We currently ship within Canada only. Some remote regions may require additional shipping time or fees.

2. Handling and Delivery

Please open and inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Keep roots moist and plant as soon as possible. If you cannot plant right away, store the trees in a cool, shaded place and keep roots slightly damp.

Wild Valley Nursery is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or missed deliveries. Once shipped, trees become the customer’s responsibility.

3. Returns & Cancellations

Because our trees and plants are live, perishable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the health of all nursery stock and prevents the spread of pests or disease.

All sales are considered final once your order has shipped.

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible at wildvalleynursery@yahoo.ca — cancellations made before shipping may be eligible for a refund minus processing fees and restocking fees of 20% of order toatal.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and packaging.
We’ll review each case individually and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability.
